He's the kind of person that is never satisfied with just doing what's required. I've witnessed Josh solve some really tough problems no one else wanted to take on and constantly grew his prowess as an engineer and a leader. He was an incredible ally for championing design standards and maturing design at the company. He's also just one of those people that makes going to the office enjoyable. I would be thrilled if I ever got a chance to work with Josh again in the future.
