  I analyzed collected research subjects to determine rates of pollen germination of four species of trees in different elevations and temperatures, to determine temperature response curves. The collected data will be used to better adapt climate change models, incorporating collected data of reproductive success rates of trees. I also developed deep learning neural networks to classify pollen germination state using MATLAB.
