I worked closely with Josh at Carbon for several compliance initiatives such as labor law posters and building out a virtual repository, immigration, and notice requirements. He manages many job functions outside of your standard Recruiting Coordinator job description (including sourcing). He goes above and beyond to make sure that our process moves efficiently.
