Recruit and lead volunteers for each of these buckets, along side our social media, podcast, and 1 on 1 discipling through The Guidance Network. Work alongside Small Groups Team for All-Church Adult Ministry initiatives. Junior High: Oversee JH Small Groups Ministry alongside Associate of Girls Small Groups. Assist with Sunday morning programming including overseeing Communion Meditation team, hosting during services, preaching when there are opportunities.
