These duties included reserving rooms, researching catering options, making copies, stuffing welcome packets, and assisting with event management, as well as other tasks as assigned. Facilities/Office Coordination Provide general building maintenance support, including: placing building maintenance service requests and acting as point of contact for building service workers. In addition, coordinate all front office tasks, including mail, shared machines, supply ordering, and room maintenance.
