  The Lead Strategic Pastor was part of the senior leadership core of three Lead Pastors that oversaw the entire church, its systems, and strategic initiatives.Joshua has served this thriving, urban, multicultural, multilingual church for nearly 23 years as it grew from 1 to 36 congregations in 28 locations where more than 5,000 people attended one of 40 weekend services with 100+ staff. Through a partnership between the church and it's 501(c)3 non-profit (New Life Centers) New Life fed over 1 million people across 7 sites in Chicago during COVID-19.
