  I was approached while at breakfast with a friend by a gentleman, who owns the senior care business, and after talking with him for a while he offered me this position. He had a customer who was looking for an educated male to spend the evening at his home and ensure that he had no accidents (falling or otherwise) while his wife was recovering in the hospital from a fall she had a couple weeks prior. I spent the evening hours (7pm-8am) at his home watching his favorite programs and making sure he had everything he needed. I then made sure when he was going to bed that he did not slip and fall or have and issues with the stairs. When he was asleep, I checked on him every couple hours to make sure he had not fallen out of bed or needed any assistance if he woke.

  Working in service at this large dealership was very fast paced and required me to solve many different problems for customers. I dealt with customers who were very disgruntle with the performance of their vehicle and had to calm them down to get an accurate description of the problem. Many of the problems customers faced were not vehicle failure but user error and trying I had to explain how to correctly operate the vehicle in a non-condescending.
