I brought the company into Texas on the field side. I set up Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. I helped vault Momentum to number 1 residential solar company in Texas, in less than a year from joining the company, handling all field operations while working in concert with service, warehouse, scheduling, permitting, design, sales, and IT depts. I hired and built service and install departments in multiple offices and ran the lowest PPW of all other locations across the nation. Spoke to customers and solved issues. Just about any and all Texas operations were under my watchful eye. The company is headed to being a 4MW a month Texas market thanks to my contributions. I also received company vehicles and kept keys and valuables secure. I was also the official point of contact for all company matters in Texas as the HQ is in NJ. I oversaw all Texas location managers and payroll while actively doing the payroll at the location I was stationed at. Solved issues by using sub contractors when needed.
