In my time working with Joshua, I found him to be an excellent team player. He never fails to update me of any blockers that might affect the completion of his work. He volunteers to take on any additional tasks that his other team mates struggle with and has shown competency in his work. He is keen to learn and also takes the initiative to take on tasks even the challenging ones. Joshua is not afraid to challenge himself and is pro active in reaching out when he needs to. That being said, he is also a self motivated learner and will take the necessary actions to improve his learning. I am certain that given his values and attributes, he will be a high performing team player in any team he joins.

I am pleased to recommend Joshua, whom I had the pleasure of working with. As a junior full stack developer, Joshua demonstrated impressive technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and improve. During his time with me, Joshua worked diligently and effectively in both front-end and back-end development. I was impressed by Joshua's ability to quickly pick up new technologies and programming languages in a short span of time. Joshua is an excellent communicator. His has a clear and concise way of articulating his ideas and explaining the problems he is facing, which makes it easy for others to understand and help him. This is an essential skill in software engineering, as it helps to prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone is on the same page. In addition to being a great communicator Joshua is also detailed-oriented and thorough in testing our products. He has a keen eye for detail and a thorough approach to testing. His is meticulous in his work, taking the time to ensure every aspect of the software has been thoroughly tested and meets the highest standards of quality. His is quickly able to identify defects and issues, and work collaboratively with the team to address and resolve them. I have found Joshua to be a very approachable and dependable person who is especially easy to work with. He has never shied away from asking questions upon getting stuck and always applies what he learns to move forward. I have no doubt that Joshua will strive in his career and make significant contributions to any organization he works with.
