It is a pleasure working with Joshua as the County's Grant Coordinator. He is always available to answer questions, and his conscientiousness and attention to detail is invaluable. He actively seeks ways in which he can help our office, and often takes the initiative to pursue avenues of funding which could prove beneficial to our operations. In addition, his professional demeanor and dedication bring a welcome quality to the work environment.

Josh has been a colleague in York County government for a while, but we only recently had occasion to work together on a project. Josh was trying to find an efficient, effective method of reviewing grants that may be beneficial to York County, and he put together a group of County employees, including me, who were interested in this project. His approach was methodical, and this resulted in our working group of County employees reaching a conclusion that benefits the taxpayers. He is focused on doing a good job, and he is easy going in personal demeanor. I look forward to working with Josh on future projects.
