  Chicken Xpress is an up and coming franchise business with about 26 stores country wide. My role was mainly managing the procurement/replenishment of stock for our 3 distribution centres. This included but not limited to analysing stock levels, forecasting cash that would need to be outlaid as well as managing relationships with our suppliers and ensuring that we continue to get quality products. I would also manage our delivery schedules for all our stores from a logistical point of view.
