At the core of this work has ben the building of relationships with faculty and other staff. All faculty and other staff play an important role in accessibility and the importance of learning the challenges, successes and day to day work of these partners has always been incredibly important. One of the most important responsibilities in this role was directly supporting a Learning Disability Specialist who previously developed a transitional program for learners with intellectual and cognitive disabilities and supported the general functions of the department.
