      In my role as subject rep I worked closely with internal members of the University staff, as well as with the students who studied English and Creative Writing. My job was to synthesise feedback gathered from students about the course, as well as help them out with any enquiries they might have. Subject rep's also had a monthly meeting where important topics such as attendance and lecture-capture etiquette were discussed, where I would have to present my argument based on the feedback I have received in a calm, articulate manner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a subject rep and believe it has been crucial in developing my communication and time-management skills. Show less
