It was a pleasure working with Josh on a daily basis at Aquila nuclear Engineering, notably on a large plant project for a nuclear decommissioning client. In its testing phase, he professionally liaised with the testing teams, clients and contractors while bringing me into the workload when I was new to the workshop technician position. This meant we could quickly work together and minimise impacts of any technical challenges on the test schedule. Josh is easy to work with, willing to share timely knowledge and prepared to invest in himself to meet future engineering challenges.

Europe's fastest growing agricultural machinery manufacturer creator of the Forst woodchipper. Skilled assembly starting from a chassis tracked or trailored these quality machines are all handmade from many different variants including 6 and 8 inch chipping Chambers, unique custom petrol and diesel engines and tailored paint jobs Forst have also created there own turntable which is now in production I had the pleasure to learn all assemblies and sub assemblies that create these beasts which is very satisfying upon completion. experience in hydrolics (hoses, rams, return systems) engine wiring and accessories and mechanical operations I'd often also fit extras such as hydrolic jack legs, lighting towers, electric or hydrolic winches and various other accessories. Very detailed assembly super fun thousands of fasteners go into each build and sub assembly to which virtually every bolt is torqued to a specific pressure using drawings throughout. From test to quality check a vast range of tool and equipment knowledge is needed passion and drive is essential to delivering them swiftly with quality being number one priority always. Show less
