2015/16- I started on my management path in the Burton on Trent store on a 28 week placement, shadowing other colleagues to learn about the day to day running of the department. Every week I would have review meetings with the Store Manager to see how I was developing and what I needed to work on. At the end of my placement I was signed off as a manager and remained at the store for the rest of the year as a Grocery and Non Food Manager before being appointed in the Loughborough store. • 2016/17- My first permanent managerial role was at Loughborough Rushes store as a General Merchandise Manager. I was at this store for one year and I gained a lot more knowledge and experience of how to approach customers and colleagues in different situations, with the aim of always making sure the individual went away happy. It was also a big development for me in the targets I had to aspire to as it was a department that I could put my own stamp on with my team. • 2017/20- after finishing the year at Loughborough Tesco I was then appointed into the Beaumont leys extra store. During my time my role has consistently changed and challenged me requiring me to adapt to new ways of working, moving from general merchandise to dry grocery. I was able to adapt quickly to what was asked of me and guide my team in the best possible way to achieve my targets set from my store managed.

    • General Assistant

From 2010/14 - I began my Tesco career as a general colleague on the general merchandise department. I have covered most areas of this department, from working on the direct desk to health and beauty. I believe having experience in these has helped me develop the skill set needed to reach the level that I am at today.
