Having someone as part of your extended team, who is ready to jump in and assist at any point is essential. Josh was this person at TracyLocke. No matter how he was asked to help out, he was ready to dive in and take on the creative challenge. Josh is also a fantastic collaborator with both creative and account teams, he valued the advice of his peers and turned to the account team to help him learn the brand. He is inquisitive, determined and always on top on deadlines. Josh is sure to be reliable and dedicated addition to any team.

Let’s get the obvious out of the way – Josh is an excellent designer. For anyone who has seen his work, that is overtly clear. But for me as a CD, co-worker and person, Josh has many other qualities that I value much more. His work ethic and dedication are second to none. He is always willing to put in the time on his projects plus help anyone else on their tasks. He is a proactive problem solver. He always pushes his thinking and brings new perspectives to a project. He has a passion for learning. Not only does he take direction well, but he more importantly strives for the reason behind doing it, the ‘why’. This is the reason Josh continues to grow and unlock more of his full potential. It is for all these reasons, and a few more, that I not only give Josh my full recommendation, but I also give him my highest compliment, which is I would jump at the chance to work with Josh again.
