I first worked with Josh when I was in the IP/Data provisioning group at Time Warner Telecom and he was in engineering. He played a key role in deploying new Layer 3 and Layer 2 Ethernet services and was the subject matter expert and my main contact on these new services and he was essential in them getting to general availability for the company. His expertise, drive and willingness to help and troubleshoot made him a strong technical leader in the WAN and LAN. I also worked with him on various projects when I was in the engineering group where he was very thorough and meticulous in his testing and was able to communicate technical requirements and results across organizations and management levels in an effective manner.
