Led the analysis piece of a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project within Atos, identifying and optimising candidate processes for automation. Developed several best-practice methodologies for RPA deployments that have been used on subsequent client engagements. Deployed a bespoke IT infrastructure production planning and automation system, based on lean six sigma principles, into an in-flight IT transformation programme in a global manufacturing firm. - Led the mapping of the server build processes that were integrated into the planning system. - Appointed production planner and drove continuous improvement that significantly increased throughput of servers and build quality. Drove supply chain improvements throughout a UK Life Sciences organisation through intensive pipeline monitoring and analysis, which reduced data loss at the supply chain's front end by over 25%. - Supported the rapid diagnostic of the supply chain of the organisation, which was well received by the company board and UK Health Secretary. - Worked within the operations team to rapidly identify and resolve issues with supply chain data integrity and fragmentation. PMO lead of the Order-to-Cash app delivery project - part of a multi-million pound IT transformation of a FTSE100 transport company. Enabled the processing of over £6b annual revenue. - Developed the communication, governance, information, and change process strategies, which were key to ensuring the project continued to deliver whilst improving process efficiency and outcome quality.
