I've been studying story theory and reverse-engineering creative techniques for over 10 years.   Started the job less than part-time setting up YouTube ads. I saw opportunity to improve their website and asked if I could update it to improve its speed, and once we sped it up from about a 5-second page load to a .5-seconds average page load and added HTTPS (on February 12, 2019, at a lower cost than their old hosting) we saw a 563.9% increase in website users over the previous quarter. From there I started working with them on their Branding Tone and core marketing materials, becoming part-time in May 2019 (I'm thankful to them for the amazing opportunity), and started performing Content Creator tasks for them and got the title of Marketing Director in July 2019. I became a full-time employee starting in March 2020. I head up their social media channels, work on marketing copy and content, and assist with analyzing data and improving their overall brand messaging. I spearheaded infrastructure updates to improve our transition to a better neurotechnology, in order to make our processes as efficient as possible. This included streaming video from a local server, making updates to those files easy and possible, and adjusting our neurotechnology laptops' content from the local server. In addition I'm the go-to for most in-house technical issues that come up with hardware and software. Show less
