With outstanding charisma, infectious energy, and remarkable attentiveness, Josh elevates others to be at their A game while making individuals feel like a a million bucks. Meeting him for the first time at the Alpha Sigma Phi Burns Institute, Josh was a fellow facilitator who took the time to help me and all the new facilitators learn the ropes. During the conference, he easily captivated rooms, got everyone pumped, and challenged others to be at peak performance that weekend. One on one, Josh was a joy to talk with while making individuals feel like they had his undivided attention. Make no mistake, all the charm isn't a facade as he is completely genuine and has mind to back it all up (just take a look at his background). Overall, I'm thankful to have shared my first facilitating experience with Josh while being able to see firsthand about what it takes to step it up and become a top tier facilitator and leader of a team.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Josh over the past 2+ years. What continues to amaze me, is his ability to turn out high quality work, in a very short period of time. By truly listening to the customer, he not only ensures they are purchasing a product but the right solution for their needs. He is an asset to Lincoln Electric and would be for any organization.
