  Need Fixed LLC was originally created to bring a mobile device repair directory to consumers. During the buildout of the directory, we started selling wholesale parts to repair shops as a side hustle. Operating as Need Fixed Parts we slowly grew into building a large customer base and reputation for quality service and parts in the repair industry. In the Fall of 2016 after experiencing 5-6 months of agonizing defective parts we took time to stand back and fix what was broken with our supply chain. We launched a new brand and new website in October 2016 under the new brand of My Part Guy. My Part Guy was a slow takeoff due to the 3 months we were not operating or selling parts, but we didn't let that hold us back. We've recently partnered with Elevate Supply located in Bowling Green, Ohio to grow our quality and service to a larger customer base and bring an all in one solution for repair shops for all of their needs.
