  With a duration of 8 weeks, the Alternative Proteins Fundamentals Programme aims at teaching the fundamentals about alternative proteins to people from diverse backgrounds and education levels. The programme is organised by GFI in collaboration with the Cambridge University Alt. Protein Society. In addition to the academic nature, the programme brings together entrepreneurs, students, professionals and passionates about the alt proteins field.
