I started at Ambassador as an intern out of college and pursued my MCSD. I then did custom Office and Access development using VB. We partnered with Interactive Intelligence shortly after and that became my area of expertise. A custom application I worked on with their product won the Vision Award for Best New Product at their 1998 Partner Conference. I left IT in 2001 to pursue a career in the restaurant business.
