I had the pleasure of working with Josh Bloomquist, as my Manager, at King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. directly reporting to him from 2006-2007. In that time, I experienced a manager who knew how to motivate and trust his district members. Josh was by no means was afraid nor hesitant to empower his district members even while sitting side by side in a selling situaton. He truly and passionately knows how to "roll his sleeves up" to get the job done. His management style is a smart and intuitive style treating his people as his equal. That's what makes him stand out in my mind as one of the best managers I have had in two completely different industries throughout my sales career.
