Josh is the type of guy that you want in the trenches with you. His thirst for up-leveling his ability is insatiable; it truly was a sight to see. For someone with strong skills, watching his improvement happen literally by call, was incredible. Josh was quick to reflect on his actions, consume coaching, and immediately apply it in his next interactions. He is extremely thoughtful - usually, when you meet someone competitive, they might put their own needs above their customers - but Josh always established pros/cons with customers as they moved forward in decisions, always guiding them and not pressuring customers. Josh is also collaborative and well-respected. He was quick to lend hand and also on speed dial for many others seeking support. Frankly, I leaned on Josh a lot a a co-leader on my team. I'd hire Josh again in a heartbeat - and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him again in the future. I learned a lot from him and his impact will hit your team in a positive way beyond just metric performance.
