Participated in a two week course focused on renewable energy in Iceland. Was given exclusive access to hydro and geothermal energy plants. The Program included lectures in Reykjavik University, which we were tested on. We were also required to give a 15-minute presentation to professors at the university on a business idea that would benefit society as well as make a profit. Volunteered at the NETPark, where business have a space to do new research to better their products. During this time I helped in a lab with an extreme sensitivity to dust and dirt, and helped with the running of a physics open day for secondary school students.
