Reporting to the sales team/manager and directors, I work in a challenging and competitive environment which is driven by the sales team and meeting our company target. In my job I have to be efficient and adaptable to constantly changing work and workload, with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. I also have excellent customer service and organisational skills, that have evolved with experience in the company. - I am responsible for Looking after Germany, UK, Poland, Denmark. - Raising correctives for orders that have been invoiced to customers and are incorrect. I do this by liaising with Business Operations in our sister company. - Another Duty specific to me, is an agreed schedule between me and the directors of Germany and UK. I was given the task of putting a weekly spreadsheet together using the condensed information from the back orders report. I colour code different orders and provide an update with the lead times of each deal, and the reasons why certain orders are outstanding. - Going through quotes that are raised in the sales software CRM, and making sure all deals are accurate and push through to orders correctly (matching the customer purchase order). - Sales board adjustments are done on a regular basis, in accordance with the company targets. This is needed on a daily basis to ensure the final figure for the companies’ margin and revenue is accurate and up to date on the sales board, ready for month end.
