I came to know Josh as he began to lead our SDR team. That team is typically characterized by high turnover, but not for bad reasons! It is a developmental role in an effort to foster continual talent into our Sales channels. With that said, it is a very difficult team to manage because the leader will have to be recruiting new talent perpetually. I say this only to outline Josh's strengths. He had an amazing talent for finding the right people with completely varying backgrounds and foundational knowledge. Not only was he able to keenly find amazing talent, perhaps even more impressive is that he was able to get the most out of each individual, despite their individual nuances. I find Josh's patience and drive to be amazingly impressive.

I had the opportunity to work on Josh's SDR team and have become a better sales professional as a result. He was well respected in our department and everyone enjoyed working for him. Josh is extremely intelligent and has as deep understanding of business solutions which was evident in the success of our team. He is detail-oriented, efficient, and extremely dedicated.
