I consider myself lucky to have worked on the same product team with Josh. We worked together for over a year on the launch of a mobile application for the life sciences industry. His ability to manage all the facets of product development from external resources, to roadmap, to writing requirements, and of course my own requests and inquiries is unparallelled. Josh is honest, loyal, and pleasantly responsive to both internal and customer needs. He is a great teacher and his easy going nature makes him approachable, even in high stress situations. In my experience, his ability to take in all sides of a situation and evaluate them logically, and provide a solution and explanation that can easily be translated to a customer is a unique quality. He is driven by his belief in the value of the product, and he takes pride in his work and the success of the team as a whole. Any company would benefit from having Josh lead their product development efforts.

I have had the privilege to work with Josh twice -- and in both cases, I wanted him on my team and did anything possible to hire him. That should tell you everything you need to know about his value. In simple terms, Josh is intelligent, articulate, thoughtful, analytical and trustworthy. He makes every meeting he attends better by listening diligently, considering all sides of a situation and ensuring no loose ends have been left. Those qualities provide the foundation of skills that make Josh among the best product managers and technical business analysts with whom I've worked. He is gifted in the art and science of writing requirements (business level and beyond), skilled in the creation of processes -- from testing to deployment -- and a shrewd manager of roadmap and feature enhancements. Josh adds so much more to your organization, however. He is an outstanding cultural catalyst -- creating an atmosphere marked by shared pride in quality work, celebrated by the collective. Team is important to Josh, and he shows it. Someone should hire Josh quickly, because I will certainly be trying...
