While still reporting to IT Superintendent, I am the Planning and Technical point of contact for IT systems projects relating to Infrastructure, Information and Cyber Security, Governance and Standards across all areas within the business and operations.Key Projects Include:2021 - Implementation of 3rd Party MS Patch Management solution to further improve SMC security posture and improve reliability over MS based solutions.2021 - Technical lead on the implementation of electronic Permit to Work system, high availability and mobility support.2021 - Architecting and implementation of network communications for SMC Site expansion and integration into the existing environment.2021 - Solar Farm Communications network re-architecture and configuration.2020 - Total review and enhancement of SMC Information and Cyber Security posture - Endpoints, Email and Web, Firewalling and network segmentation and implementation of SIEM solution.2020 - Migration to Office 365 from on premise Exchange, implementation of MS Teams, One Drive and Azure Directory Sync.2019 - Security Assurance Testing and remediation.2020 - Enhancement and reconfiguration of Aruba AP network to support Casting Automation projects and autonomous vehicles.

Systems Administrator in a large environment with a very broad range of technology. Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016, AD, DNS, DHCP, GP ect. Windows XP, Windows 7 x86/x64, Windows 10. VMWare, SAN and NAS, multiple Backup solutions including Disk-to-Disk and Disk-to-Tape, CISCO and HPE Aruba Networks, including HPE Aruba Wifi, Motorola Wifi and CISCO ASA firewall.Key Projects Include:2019 - Replacement and configuration of CISCO ASA Firewall with FortiNet Hardware.2019 - Replacement and Upgrade of Virtual Hosts Server to HP hardware.
