  As a research assistant for Health Canada, I was able to explore the relationship between environmental factors and outdoor physical activity in terms of respiratory and endothelial adaptations. The Outdoor Physical Activity and Health (OPAH) study assed these adaptations through participating in regular physical activity in Prince George in the winter months.
