Although Josh hasn’t been a mechanic for as long as others, he is truly one of the preeminently qualified mechanics I have had the opportunity to work with in an 18 year flying career. I don’t say that lightly. Josh is an amazingly talented and intelligent mechanic but he doesn’t assume he knows everything. He gets out the manuals and makes sure that things are literally done by the book. His paperwork is meticulous and he manages his time effectively. His ability to interact and convey sometimes nuanced mechanical information to pilots and the customer is superb.
