  As an Assistant Project Manager, my responsibilities included...Managing multiple projects-Second phase of a $1.5 million elementary school remodel -Small remodel for the City of Omaha-Concrete and bridge replacement at Iowa Western Community College.Estimating multiple projects-Successfully bid a double girder bridge crane installation, concrete approach, and regrading of a eroded hill for the Iowa National Guard-Estimated the rebuild of two pedestrian bridges for Iowa Western Community College. -Assisted in the estimate of a small City of Omaha remodel.Submittals -Managed the submittal process for a $21 million new 7-12 school in Columbus, IA. -Also managed submittals for other smaller projects.
