Josh is a great leader of people. He cannot do enough to help his team members, often going above and beyond to make sure they're happy, fulfilled and ultimately, as productive as possible. He's very forward-thinking, encouraging and just a pleasure to work with. He's very diplomatic too, which is the mark of a great leader to me - he's able to listen to all sides of a given problem and find the right solution. Personally, I've never met a person who doesn't like Josh. He's an excellent asset to any organisation and drives good culture wherever he goes.
