There is a lot to say about how exceptional Josh's work at Tiburon is. We worked together mostly on NFL Head Coach 09 and I was continually blown away at the scope of his vision and his ability to stay focused on it. Even more astounding was his passion for his work and how he is able to get everyone around him, from entry level engineers to studio execs, to buy into his ideas; he was the person on our team that made you believe in the product before a single task had been completed. He can compromise without losing quality, and has an "I'll take care of it" work ethic that you don't have to question. Josh Looman was a great designer to work with.
