Josh's versatile skill set cuts across strategic planning, business operations, and marketing. My interaction with Josh was primarily on the marketing front, where he impressed me with his ability to define and execute comprehensive marketing programs, articulate sophisticated messaging, and direct the activities of internal resources and outside agencies. Josh is a valuable "all rounder" with exceptionally strong - and rare - writing gifts!

Josh and I spent two years working closely together. What I like best about him is that he shies away from the term "boss". An external observer would have labeled him my boss, but in truth, he was really a mentor. In terms of my professional life, he is definitely at the top of my list of mentors. He has always been supportive of my aspirations and preferences. Josh has a great perspective on the balance between work and personal time, and thus has encouraged me in both aspects of my life. I find myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Josh. This is a compliment that I have bestowed on few people. In terms of specific skills, Josh is an excellent communicator. His writing is impeccable. His ability to lead teamwork with humility and enthusiasm is unique. Finally, I must mention his dedication. When the job calls for a late night of work, Josh goes the distance. As a final note, I'd like to mention that Josh is just a very interesting, fun person. We still keep in touch and I enjoy being his friend. Again, I feel lucky to know him.
