The building I work at is a luxurious high rise condo complex, with over 100 units and 200+ residents. I politely greet residents as they come through the main lobby, as well as accommodate for any needs or concerns they may have. I maintain knowledge about all operations on procedures in and around the building so residents and future residents can be well informed. I also go out of my way to familiarize myself with the surrounding area so I can give residents suggestions on food and entertainment. Communication is a large aspect of what being a concierge is, so I make sure to listen and evaluate every message that is passed on to me from residents or fellow team members. Show less

During my time in the Marine Corps I took on multiple responsibilities, adapting to any changes my company needed me to. I originally enlisted as an ammunition technician, which entailed ordering and consolidating ammunition for large machine guns mounted on amphibious tanks. When I was not working with ammunition I worked inside of an armory. While inside of the armory I was trusted to keep full accountability of all sides arms, heavy machine guns, night optics, and many other expensive combat equipment. April 2011 - October 2011 I deployed to Afghanistan as a gunner for logistical convoys. During my tour I was named weapons NCO for my platoon, meaning I took full responsibility for all mounted machine guns, ammo, pyro, and optics that were assigned to my platoon. Show less
