  I was a research assistant with Dr. Nancy Shackelford at the University of Victoria. Our lab, in partnership with the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research, has been compiling a global restoration database, known as the Global Restore Project. We are actively collecting and curating data on restoration outcomes for synthesis around the drivers of restoration success (and failure), and to allow the creation of restoration tools and recommendations.
