Cost Control / Project Set Up • Responsible for creation of internal project development. • Generates all cost codes, budgets and requisitions for all Waterline projects ranging from 50K to $22M • Conducts coordination meetings between estimating and building staff to ensure a successful project • Conducts monthly cost control meetings with all Project Management Staff, Executive Staff, and Administrative Staff as well as monthly field based meeting with Superintendents to track gross profit projections. • Responsible for gross profit projections, OH Allocation and profitability of the company. Purchasing • Manage all aspects of the buy-out process • Responsible for all contract negotiations during the purchasing process • Works with Project Coordination Department to administer purchase orders / Subcontracts for all contractual obligations Show less
