I worked with Josh in the Construction of the NW Atlanta Library. Josh was the CM Project Manager and I was the Owner's Rep. Josh was (and is) very professional, trustworthy and a good leader of his project team. The project threw him a few curve balls but he successfully assessed any problems and acted on the before they became larger issues. There were a number of parties that he had to coordinate with who were not tied to his company contractually. Josh typically assessed what needed to be done, coordinated it between his group and theirs and got it done. The project was under budget and on schedule in a large part due to Josh's leadership. I enjoyed working with Josh and would love to work with him again in the future.
