I was responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing the fleet of drivers as well as manned station attendants. I was responsible for the growth of donations being collected. I implemented new routing efficiencies and was able to reduce driver labor 120 hours per week. I was the go to manager of any maintenance or repair related issues, saving the company money, by handling repairs myself. I spear headed several new initiatives, the main one being the relabeling of all donation bins… Show more I was responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing the fleet of drivers as well as manned station attendants.
