      I gradually took on IT related responsibilities. I found that I really enjoyed this line of work, so I requested to move into IT for Smile Magic. Learning these things was second nature to me, and I quickly became self-sufficient at resolving issues and managing the network. This involved remote support for 3 locations and then building to 8 locations. I played an integral part to the technology side of designing, testing, and deploying the new locations.I was eventually laid off due to financial issues that struck the company suddenly (this event caused a majority of Smile Magic's employees to lose their jobs).
