It is rare that you come across standout talent like Josh. I have had the pleasure of working with Josh at the Minnesota Department of Health Home Care and Assisted Living Program. Josh is not only a manager who I report to, but he is also a coach who teaches and supports his Home Care team. I am always in awe of Josh’s ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. Josh is able to juggle multiple projects and still be an effective team leader. Any employee would be lucky to have Josh as a manager.

Josh Berg is the Program Manager for the Home Care & Assisted Living Program at State of Minnesota - MN Dept of Health. I recommend the work of Mr Berg; his knowledge, skill and work expereince have added value to the quality of care for long-term care consumers. It is not easy to find managers who have the knowledge and proper perceptive. He is amazingly affective. The division Mr. Berg manages has showed a marked increase in productivity since his appointment.

      • Jan 2019 - Aug 2022

Supporting significant growth efforts at Lifespark, my focus is on growing Lifespark’s Minnesota business including private-pay (campus and community settings), Lifespark Home Health (Medicare skilled), hospice, and Every Day Supports (formerly known as Navigation), and Lifespark GO! powered by Envoy. My goal is to establish, maintain, and strengthen existing relationships with partners and referral sources within the Twin Cities market but also identifying new opportunities to build strategic partnerships with other providers to improve the lives of the individuals they serve. Agnostic to setting, Lifespark’s whole person model is designed to support seniors wherever they call home. LIfespark GO! is powered by Envoy . Envoy and our Envoy Companions across the country have been addressing the social determinants of health, including isolation, disengagement and loneliness since 2015, for older adults who stand to benefit from companionship, assistance and transportation services. By providing access to social support inside & outside the home, those using the Envoy service are less likely to need costly medical intervention and more able to live independent, healthy and more socially active lives. Across the US, health plans, senior living communities, employers and families look to Envoy to provide care to their members & residents, similar to what a son or daughter would do to support their elderly mom, dad or loved one.
