During Josh's tenure at SAIC under my management he proved time and time again his dedication, pragmatics, ethics and technical prowess. Josh has a moral compass to ensure the right things happen and worked tirelessly to make sure things worked. Josh moved from an integration engineer to a systems engineer and had comprehensive view of the technology from requirements to deployment and guided the capabilities to ensure all stakeholders were taken into account.

Josh and I worked together to win a significant USAF account supplying ISR/PED systems for the MQ-9 platform. It was a complex capture demanding a significant technical movement from the product baseline at inception to acceptable functionality which could be transitioned through security accreditation and then deployed. This move was not DoD funded and needed to be made within an under resourced commercial team. I rate the management of that team as very challenging but Josh pulled it off without issue. He was a reliable and expert face of the company and earned credibility with the customer immediately. I was able to confidently move the customer relationship forward based on commitments Josh made knowing that no matter how hard the internal pressures were he would remain firm and advocate for the customer at all times. I very much enjoyed working with Josh for many years and as we are both in the ISR/PED space still I look forward to the next project we work together on.
