  Worked as a consultant to development teams on frontend best practices. Led solution design for the refresh of Xero's main masthead navigation - a cross-team initiative involving engineers in three countries. Heralded as the "biggest change to Xero in years". Introduced Webpack to Xero's main web application, replacing a home-built frontend build tool. This change alone saved 25 mins on each application build, as well as making the UI code much more testable. Technical lead for a pilot programme aiming to internationalise Xero's web applications, including vendor evaluation, creation of documentation and supporting libraries. Advocate for containerisation and pipelines as code, using Jenkins, Docker and ECS.
