As a production estimator for Nalley Collision I am the primary handler of all State Farm claims. I also handle Allstate & Nationwide as well as assisting in production, quality inspection, team building & overall customer satisfaction. Within only 4 months I improved the State Farm RPM score by more than double and almost to a 700. We have grown from a $200k a month shop to almost $600k within a year at our new location and don’t plan on stopping there.
