Josh is a high energy dedicated Lean professional. When he worked for me at Ingersoll Rand he was in charge of an extensive training program for first time supervisors. The training covered lean techniques along with basic leadership skills that the folks needed now that they were going to be leading others. Josh has a great lean background from a hands on aspect along with understanding the theory behind lean. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh and he was an great lean asset to the company.

Eric Montgomery

Developing, and coaching others is a passion for Josh. He piloted and led a very successful 8 week leadership training class for supervisors and team leads. It was so successful that several other sites had adopted the program and requested Josh specifically to facilitate. Josh has a go and see approach and has valuable experience. Josh has the ability to connect with others that is genuine and sets him apart from most.
