● Directly supported two manufacturing lines as a Sustaining Engineer to maintain production of 230 infusion catheters and ultrasonic cores daily. ● Generated continuous improvement solutions to increase yield from 82 to 95%, the highest in company history, over a 2-year span with a focus on human factors and ergonomics. ● Helped lead the transfer of two full production lines from Bothell, WA to Coyol, Costa Rica. ● Traveled to Costa Rica in Summer 2020 to lead successful Operational Qualification and Validation testing. ● Developed test protocols and performed tensile testing for process characterization for the transfer of production to Costa Rica. ● Authored numerous technical reports to identify root cause and used numerical data to implement over $50,000 in annual cost-saving changes. ● Investigated, resolved, and closed out dozens of new and ongoing issues from CAPAs and Complaints.
