At Rally Pointe I am responsible for running leagues in the evening, overseeing the pro shop, reception, managing tournaments, and posting to company social media. Overseeing the pro-shop, reception, and running leagues has allowed me to develop extensive interpersonal relationship skills and oral communication skills. Managing tournaments on weekends has given me experience in co-ordinating events and ensuring they run smoothly. This also has given me experience with public speaking as I am required to give a brief speech to teams when handing out awards.
