This reduced duplication and human errors in external reports and increased data quality in ASQA’s systems. For over six months I was the manager of the Closures Team in ASQA, Senior Compliance Coordinator. My significant achievements are as follows: - Creating a communications package for students that included a public register for student records and fact sheets about what to do in the event of a closure outlining how ASQA can assist. - I was able to assist in the learning and development of a team member through a performance management process where their goals were established, constructive feedback was provided and a workflow plan established and to improve the monitoring of expiry notifications and student records. The team member’s workflow plan was revisited at certain points to establish improvements.
